I am an avid crafter, mostly using fibre, such as knitting, spinning, crochetting and felting. My other hobby is vegetarian cookery, for which I maintain a recipe blog.

I'm engaged to a fabulous and funky guy who is a life coach and shamanic practitioner.  We are world travelers and are attempting to become organic gardeners as well.

I love yoga and meditation and make an effort to incorporate a little of each into my day.
